Hotmix asphalt
Our plant manufactures hotmix to specifications designed by Bitumen and Pavement Limited. Asphalt is produced on a made to order basis and manufactured to meet project design requirements. This is a fully on-site manufacturing operation with stockpiles of aggregrate and materials ensuring on-demand production capabilities.

Bitumen emulsion
We manufacture high grade bitumen emulsion and polymer products for use in asphalt, slurry or spray seal applications. We can supply direct to market or can provide a fully integrated solution from design through to construction.

Coldmix
Utilising reclaimed or virgin basecourse material we manufacture coldmix material including cement and/or lime-treated basecourse and emulsion treated basecourse.

Warmmix
Warmmix is the ‘slow shipping option’ in asphalt production. By lowering the temperature at which the asphalt is produced:

• less energy is required in production
• there are reduced emissions
• better compaction rates
• ability to pave at lower temperatures
• decreased binder aging
• roadworks sites are able to reopen much earlier. 
  
  

Existing mix designs can be used without changing any physical properties of the mix and lower air voids lead to better quality longitudinal joints with this mix type.

Recycled materials
An extensive range of reclaimed materials and products is available. Reclaimed hotmix and basecourse materials from pavement rehabilitation sites are sorted, sized and graded for reuse in appropriate situations. Job mixes can be designed for both hot or cold mix asphalt. Basecourse material can also be supplied for footpath bedding.
